designing methylation specific primers - (Sep/11/2012 )

Hi! i am really stuck and could do with some help- im trying to design methylation specific primers using methyprimer, and i input the sequence and it designs primers but also says no cpgs found- i dont get it? it is this ok or not? please forgive my ignorance i seem to be going round in circles!

Input larger up- and down-stream sequence in order to see if your region of interest is CpG rich, promoter region.

I have copied the sequence from database, however methylprimer wont accept the whole sequence as its too large- how do find the promoter region (sorry again for ignorance!)
