How to check primer sequences using BLAST and other tools? - (Jul/23/2012 )

Hi,
I need help
how do i check if the primers I have are for mouse with BLAST?
I have no idea how to use the link

there is a drop down menu in the middle of the page you need to change that to mouse. It is on human by default.

To use NCBI blast, go to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/tools/primer-blast/index.cgi?LINK_LOC=BlastHome, In the primer parameters section, type your primer sequences
