odd crystal structure in my matrigel - (Jul/20/2012 )

Dear all,

I have a strange crystal structure in my growth factor reduced matrigel (BD 356231). A micro biologist already told me it wasn’t an infection. Still it reduces the growth of my cells and would like to know how to get ride of it and a way to prevent them of appearing again.

I've seen those in urinalysis specimens. I'm not familiar with what you are doing, but are you using antibiotics?
