Facs Canto- leave it on or not - (Jul/13/2012 )

In my old lab, we used to leave it on the whole day. The first user did the startup and the last one did the shutdown. In the current lab, each user does startup and shutdown. I am wondering which is better. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance

I think better not switch on and off. I worked with FACS Canto II. The technician switched it on in the morning and switched off in the evening. There was no on and off in between. Moreover, it takes time to load each time you turn it on. Initiation takes at least 5 minutes.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Just wanted to double check. Thanks for the reply :)

I agree with Curtis.
Thats how we do it too :)
