May you explain me what are cerebellar postnuclear supernatants? When do you use this technique and what do you find? Thanks.

Do you have any context? I assume that it is supernatant of cerbellar homogenate after spining down nuclei and cell debris; these kinds of supernatants are either used to isolate other subcellular fractions or to discrimante distribution of nuclear and non-nuclear proteins f.i. in an IB approach...
