The Excel spreadsheet from BioRad that I linked to will let you input ct values and will normalize to your housekeeping gene and output fold change values.

Hi,

I opened that excelsheet. How will it normalize? If I am right, Is it by expressed gene- reference gene for control and treatment?

I am unable to figure out how will I get fold change. I am really sorry, this is my first time on qRT-PCR.

Hi,

I read it, but I am unable to figure out what should I do after http://pathmicro.med.sc.edu/pcr/PCR_Amplification_vs_Cycle6.htm . I got these values ddcT. Can I use those values directly for my result? If not please let me know.
