Creating a pGEM-T easy + insert sequence map - (May/21/2012 )

Hey guys

I am using SeqBuilder from DNASTAR and I have the sequences of both pGEM-T easy and my insert. Now the problem I am having is that I don't know
where to put the insert in the pGEM-T easy sequence. I know that pGEM-T easy has poly-T sites which allow it to bind to the insert, but I cannot locate
these poly-T sites, therefore I don't know where does the insert actually go.

Can anyone help me?Tell me at what position does the insert start when you ligate the insert with pGEM-T easy?
