I'm desperately seeking for the program that I used to generate this alignm - (May/10/2012 )

I seem to recall that it was a Java-based application from a German University. I just can't find it anymore and would like to quote it for my PhD thesis. Does this look familiar to anyone? Thanks!

How do I upload a picture to "my media", so that I can attach it to a message? This forum is everything else but self-explanatory... I only manage to upload a small version as my profile picture.

no idea, but a google search with alignment, Sequence logo, protein/amino acid sequence or something similar should help. I guess there aren't so many Sequence logo programs
