My Tris-Cl and EDTA - (Mar/05/2012 )
Peace & hello to all. Just want to ask an opinion from all. If I 'accidentally' autoclaving Tris-Cl and EDTA solution, are they still usable? Or may alter their compunds?

We always autoclave Tris-HCl and EDTA solutions, and they are usable
