Determine whether Adenosine A2B receptor is blocked by its inhibitor - (Jan/17/2012 )

I need some help about how to determine if Adenosine A2B receptor is blocked by its specific inhibitor MRS 1754 in H9c2 cells or adult- rat cadiomyocytes. Any methods??
