stream of cold nitrogen? - (Jan/11/2012 )

I need to dry my autoradiography slides under a stream of cold nitrogen. I have read that this is also done for other types of samples. I'd be grateful for any practical advice on how to do this safely. Thanks.

Dear Clumsy,

Normally this is done by using a glass manifold attached a to a nitrogen source. The manifold has between 16 and 20 small glass tubes that allow the nitrogen to dry many samples at the same time.
