Coating a coverslip with BSA - (Oct/28/2011 )

Hi,

I am using a size0 coverslips (24mmX60mm) for my experiments and I want to coat it with BSA. I have never performed any kind of coverslip coating before. So any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Basically, make a solution of BSA I think about 3-5% would be good here), and put it over the coverslip for about 1/2 an hour, the suck off the excess and leave to dry.
