Best transcription vector - (Jul/23/2011 )
Hi,
Has anybody in here used transcription vector? Which company did you buy it from? I searched Invitrogen and Sigma, but they don't have it. I seldom work with other companies.

Pretty much anything with a T7 promoter will work - check out making probes for ISH/FISH by transcription.
