Introduction to vector development - Basics on vectors types and construction (Jun/16/2011 )

Hi everyone,

I am a new to vector development. I will be involving in bacterial plasmid vector development (integrated or food-grade vectors) for cancer therapy. I would like to know what are you're suggestions of references (i.e. books , review journals) that is really good in understanding the world of vector constructions.
