Break Cell Clumps - prepare single cells for injections (May/31/2011 )
Hallo!
I have murine cancer cells in culture and I use them to do injections in mice. I want to have single cells because it's very important to seed the same cell number. Do you know how I can achive that?

Hola, check if after trypsination they continue aggregated if yes try dislodge by pipetting up,down. Buena suerte
