How can clone sequences be different yet the Corresponding RefSeq mRNA are the same? Do it matter what clone I buy if i want to express LOX in E.coli? Thanks so much for your help. I am truly grateful.

RefSeq is the most correct version of the mRNA sequence for a gene. There may exist several different other versions of the gene's mRNA sequences cloned by different groups, different methods.
