Imaging western blot membrane - (Apr/22/2011 )

Hi all,

Can you leave western blot membranes in TBST after secondary IgG has been applied and image them within the next two days (instead of straight after?
Will this affect the expression of my protein at all?

you may be able to. i would leave the tween out.

Left it over the weekend, imaged it on monday and turned out fine
