amount of glycerol - (Apr/20/2011 )

I have an enzyme and I want to keep it with glycerol, There is one formula to calculate to amount of glycerol needs to be in the enzyme with require buffer. Does some one know about the formula????

If I remember right lots of enzyme buffers (taq, restriction enzymes) have 50% glycerol. If you meant this...formula I've no idea.

Yes I am putting the 50 % glycerol. But there is some other ways as well.
