RNA22 is down - Anybody any idea what happened? (Apr/19/2011 )

The RNA22 website is not working (http://cbcsrv.watson.ibm.com/rna22.html)

404 error. Anybody any idea what's the story?

Is what you're looking for accessible from here?

-HomeBrew-

Fraid not,

Looking for the microRNA-target prediction tool. It's downloadable, but has to be compiled. Would anybody have a compiled version of RNA22 by any chance?

-Baars01-

So, anybody any idea where it went?

-Baars01-

i don't say this sarcastically, contact ibm and ask them what happened to their page.

-mdfenko-

I did and I also contacted the author of the paper in which RNA22 is described. I got no answer from either, however in the meantime it has been brought back online. (dunno if my emails had anything to do with it, but happy it's back either way)

The following link recently went public and contains RNA22 predictions for protein coding genes for multiple species, http://cm.jefferson.edu/rna22v1.0/ . It lets you download the predictions in raw format, or visualize them dynamically at the cDNA level. In addition, you can search by miR(s) and get a list of transcripts.
