AAV construct? - (Apr/05/2011 )

Im intrested to use AAV to infecte the heart of a mouse.
I try to look for the plasmid for expressing the virus, and clone my vector, but I hardly find any.
From where can I get this plasmids?
its much more easy with adenovirus.

signagen is selling more than 37,000 ready-to-package adenovirus ORFs. i think these ORFs can be used to generate rAAV too.
