Gelatin coating for HUVEC - how long? (Mar/24/2011 )

Dear all,

I culture HUVEC cells. Can anyone experienced in HUVEC culturing tell me how long should i do the gelatin-coating on plates before i can culture on them? half hour, 1 hr, 2 hrs ???
I mean, what's the least amount of time? what's good amount of time, and time that's more than necessary?
I don't want to do trials just for this.

I have been culturing Huvec recently, and in my lab we coat plates with Gelatin 0,2% and sometimes 1% for about 30 minutes.
Last time i left the gelatin in the plate for almost 40 minutes and the cells were atached very well the next day
