if you haven't done it yet, don't. if you run dissimilar gels at the same time then the current will split unevenly and they will run and heat differently.

Hi,
I already run these 2gels, and definitely, the running was different! 10% gel run much better and a faster than that of 12%. I stopped th running of 10% and removed from the chamber. I kept running 10% gel. I transfer both in the same chamber, wet transfert for 1h at 90V. I saw that the transfert was better in 10% gel. also, the marker lanes were not transferred well. I blocked both in blocking solution, wash with PBS tween. I will perform western blot in both and see!!
