Cell Cycle Analysis flow cytometry - How to measure desynchronisation rate of cells (Feb/07/2011 )
Hi, I am new to this and would like some help. Is it possible to measure the rate at which syncronised cells (early s-block) fall out of synchrony using flow cytometry? And if so how?
Or could someone advise on other methods to measure this.

You can use different time points and simply measure cell cycle.
Or use Fucci: http://products.invitrogen.com/ivgn/product/P36232 and time-lapse imaging. That's more dynamic.
