qPCR for transformed cells - (Dec/21/2010 )

I was wondering if there would be any difficulty in doing a qPCR on transformed cells ( i need to quantify changes in the mtDNA )

shouldn't be any problems, lots of people do q-PCR on RNA from transformed cell lines.
