Transcrpional map drawing tool - (Dec/09/2010 )

Hi,

I would like to draw an organization (transcriptional) linear map for adenovirus genome (something like the attached map).
I have tried many tools but non of them produce such a map. Shall I draw it manually?

Thanks

Microsoft Paint and Power point should serve the job
