ELISA results: pg/ml - ELISA Data (Dec/03/2010 )

We have performed ELISA's on tissue. We reported data as pg/ml. Total protein determination was not done and tissue homogenates were discarded. Question: Can data be repored as pg/ml? Is there a way to normalize the ELISA data?
Any advice is welcome.

You must have a very sensitive assay! Great! Results can be reported in mg/ml, ug/ml ng/ml pg/ml...

To normalize data...you will need some common points analyzed by the same method that was done at 2 different times.

in case of serum sample also we report data as pg/ml...then why not homogenate...i have come across a paper where elisa was done using mouse lung homogenate and cytokine levels are expressed as pg/ml..i think u should not worry and go ahead.
