How to Isolate T-cell from human PBMC? - (Nov/24/2010 )

I want to isolate T-cells from human PBMC for the study of immunosuppressive effect of drug, and also the proliferation of T-cells. I have used nylon wool column to isolate T-cell from human PBMC, the human T-cells only agglutinated but XTT assay showed no proliferation after 72hr PHA/ConA treatment. Now, I want to buy a kit for T-cell isolation, any idea?

The best way to isolate T cells untouched from PBMCs (or from whole blood) is to use negative-T cell selection MACS kit from Miltenyi Biotec
