HRM primers - (Nov/19/2010 )
Hi, i going to start with HRM methylation analysis. i tried to lokk for any software where i can design primers, but I failed 
We have Beacon designer, but it is not possible to do it...as I understand
Could someone help me?

bisulphite PCR primer design, ie: primers not biased to the methylated or unmethylated template could be used here.
