Info about A7r5 cell culture - (Nov/18/2010 )

Hi,

I just purchased the smooth muscle cell line A7r5 from ATCC. On the info sheet I got with the vial, the passage number says "unknown". Since these cells are new to me, does anybody have info on how many times these cells can be safely passaged in general? Any other details about culturing these cells would be very helpful too - how well do they freeze, usual splitting ratios, time to confluence, known issues with this cell line, anything else?
