Compare 2 bigwig files help? - (Nov/17/2010 )
Dear all,
Is it possible to compare 2 bigwig files and save differences into another bigwig file?
I'm using python to code. Has anyone done this before?

have you checked biopython or bioperl (probably better as it's more developed + it's easy to move python -> perl). Could you also post an example file?
