qPCR Data analysis - qBasePlus and GenEx (Oct/28/2010 )

Please suggest me which is better qBasePlus or GenEx to perform qPCR data analysis.

GenEx is quite good- I used it. You may also want to check RealTime StatMiner- its quite user friendly where they follow the Livak paper.
