does anyone know a commercial kit to enrich different membranes of a cell (plasma membrane, nuclear membrane, other organelle membrane),

or a kit to isolate neuronal PSD?

Roche got but I would suggest making the reagents on your own for cellular fractionation. you just need digitonin buffer. check Samali et al method, need to centrifuge at different speeds. don't use dounce homogenizer.
