Reverse Transcriptase @ Room temperature for 48 hours - (Sep/27/2010 )

Pages: Previous 1 2

An old topic but perhaps good to refresh. I agree with Veteran, never throw your mistakes away. This is exactly how Solis BioDyne discovered a sequence that increases the stability of enzymes years ago. At first it was DNA polymerase, now we have also room temperature stable reverse transcriptases on the market - check out FIREScript and SOLIScript at www.solisbiodyne.com. These RTs can stay on tabletop for 30 days and still be active. Write me if you want to know more: reet.okugbeni@solisbiodyne.com
