Non-parametric stats question - Two-way "ANOVA" with repeated measures (Sep/24/2010 )

I have non-parametric data for multiple treatment groups that were tested on multiple different days. I would like to check for an interaction between groups over the course of time. With parametric data, I would do a two-way ANOVA with repeated measures, but I'm not sure what the equivalent test would be for non-parametric data. I can't find anything that seems to work in the soft ware I'm using (STATISTICA). Does anyone know what the right test would be or of a different program that might be better served?

Thanks

Kruskal wallace test would be appropriate for one-way non-parametric. Friedman test would be appropriate for two-way IIRC.

I was afraid of that. Statistica can't do Friedmann with repeated measures. Any idea of another program that might be able to?

Prism Graphpad can do them. You can get a trial version for free for 30 days from graphpad.com
