What is the optimal temperature to use for my RE Xba1 ??

Hola, Check any catalogue and it shows all the specifications of each RE. I have seen a Takara poster and it says 37ºC with media salt buffer and BSA. Good luck

I can give u the optimum temp for XbaI but if u want to check for other enzymes in future, thatswhat i am suggesting u to check in the neb site.

And one more thing about XbaI is the flanking bases of the restriction site (dam methylation). I had a bitter experience, after that i changed the flanking and worked out well.

When you buy the enzyme it comes with little info sheet how to do the digestion
