who knows the boiling point of allicin, diallyl sulphide, diallyl disulphide and ajoene?

can enzyme like allinase be detected by gas chromatopragphy method?

i can't think of any method for running proteins on gc.

Perhaps their substrates or products or by-products might be detectable. Though I guess this is quite special and unusual.
