Incorporation of stable isotope aminoacid in protein synthesis in vitro assay - (Jul/14/2010 )

Hello folks,

Is anyone working on measurement of the incorporation of aminoacid in protein synthesis in cultured cells. Sorry i dont have a specific question. I am looking for a suitable protocol. Any suggestions???
