Dendritic cells - Protocol of stimulation of dendritic cells (Jul/13/2010 )

I'm a graduate student and I have problems with the protocol of stimulation of dendritic cells. I'm trying to stimulate them, but are stimulated nonspecifically.

Welcome to bioforum. Perhaps if you give more details about the expt e.g. the protocol you used, the results you got and why you conclude that it didn't work and you only got non-specific stimulation etc. then the nice and knowledgeable people here can help you out better.
