15% PAGE - (Jul/06/2010 )

Hello Guys,
Dose the attached image show a digested or ungigested band, i know the gel had not run enough to make the reading accurate but would any one suggest? my undigested product is 107bp and the digested product should give 107bp, 82, 25bp . i am using 15% PAGE and the ladde band sizes are attached as well

how come the digested product is the same size as undigested product? 107bp? i don't understand
I don't see any digested product. don't expect the small size bands be as intense as 107bp band. they will look very faint

Thanks for your input. The heterozygous form of mutation will give one undigested allele 107bp and another digested allele (82bp and 25bp)… I am newbie in stuff related to PAGE, I don’t understand why the bands are appearing like this shape (2 attached bands- 1 complete and another incomplete band)
