QPCR/DDCT Method/ Statistics - (Jun/22/2010 )

Hi

I need your help.. I did a QPCR using the DDCt method and I would like to compare the 5 RQ values (actually i would like to compare 5 numbers) that I got. How can I compare the RQ values for statistical significance? I did not repeat the experiment so I can get means.

thanx

hi, what are these 5 samples? different treatments? i would say you need biological replicates within your different treatment groups (at least 3) to find out first the variance within one treatment group in order to compare different groups.
