L-glutamine amount and concentration - (Jun/17/2010 )

I have prepared 450 ml of RPMI + 50 ml FBS and added 5 ml of L-glutamine (200 mM)

I have seen in many cases that people use 2mM L-glutamine....Should I prepare and use a 2mM L-glutamine or 2mM is actually the final concentration ?

2mM L-glut is the final concentration in the medium. You are using 2 mM as well, if you do the calculation.
