who got a manual of leica DMI3000B micoscope? - slow and hard to catch a nice image. (Jun/17/2010 )

hello ,guys
The manual complimentary with the machine is writen by german and i can't read it . I feel it's hard to regulate the parameter like exposure time. The response of machine is very slow when shooting the objects. I worry that fluoroscene is easy to quench because of long time exposure to light. Anyone meets the same problem? how to work out it?
plz help me.
