Induce Osteoblast lineage from C2C12 myoblast cells - (Jun/10/2010 )

Dear all
I am starting a new project with osteoblast cells. Would anyone give me a protocol to induce osteoblast from C2C12 myoblast cells. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The ATCC gives this paper as a reference to induce osteogenesis: Bone morphogenetic protein-2 converts the differentiation pathway of C2C12 myoblasts into the osteoblast lineage.

Have you read this paper?

I'm sure there are lots of publications out there where people do exactly that. So pull up those and have a look at the methods section.
