How to prepare this solution ? - (May/31/2010 )

Dear all,

I'm confusing about the preparation of a solution I should to use.
I have a solution NaCl 12% and I have to prepare 9 % in 8 ml.
How can I do ?
I don't thing the 3 basis rule (C1V1=C2V2) would work, right?
Thank you for help

of course it can:

12%xv1=9%x8ml

v1=(9x8)/12=6ml
