Protocol for Blue Sepharose 6 Fast Flow purification - (May/19/2010 )

Hey guys,
Does anyone have a decent protocol, especially for the buffers to use for Binding/Washing/Elution for the Blue Sepharose 6 Fast flow column from GE?

My protein has a pI= 6.19

have you checked the blue sepharose 6 ff handbook?
