Phosphotyrosine antibody production - for Immunoprecipitation or affinity column (May/11/2010 )

Hi, dear all.

Does anyone know how to produce antibody that recognizes tyrosine phosphorylated proteins?
There are people using EDC to conjugate phosphotyrosine residue to BSA, and use the conjugated proteins to immunize rabbits.
Does anybody know whether it really works?
Thanks!

Thanks.
Actually, I have run into this review. However, it is all about the application of anti-phosphotyrosine antibodies, but no production details were described.
PY20 seemed to be derived from phosphotyrosines conjugated to KLH. However, more recent phosphotyrosine antibodies, like PY-100, use various pY peptides conjugated to KLH as the antigen. I just want to figure out the specific sequences of these pY peptides...
