GenBank submission - how to annotate my sequence? (May/05/2010 )

Hi, did anyone submitted any sequence to GenBank? If you did not make protein sequencing, would you label any proteins in your sequence...?

you should annotate as much as possible from your current knowledge ...and for sure a CDS.
Take a look at other submissions with similar content, but it is more comfortable for people working with your submission when it is proper annotated.
