qRT-PCR to differentiate 3 Isoforms of 1 Gene - (Apr/21/2010 )

Hello there,

Iam looking for an "easy solution" to design 3 Primer-Probe Sets for 3 different Isoforms of one Gene. The Isoforms are very homolog to each other, put there are some places left for a possible design.
