more than one band - (Apr/16/2010 )
i had a problem in my results, when i do the RT-PCR for Norovirus the electrical cable of the thermal cycler was not fixed, so the reaction was stopped twice before i fix the cable tightly.
this is the picture for agarose gel electrophoresis, can any one suggest why i have more than one band?

the other samples seem fine, maybe it's contamination for that one sample? I assume you mean the first lane on the left after ladder...
