Bad sequence - (Apr/14/2010 )

Hi!
For some reason I get only this kind of bad sequence to all my samples, even the positive one, and I've tried it already twice. Does somebody know what's wrong with it? Would surely appriciate! Cheers! Emilia

Oh dear, that clearly has not worked at all

You'll have to give us more information in order to help you...ie: what are you sequencing, how much, are you doing it yourself etc etc.

Sorry! False alarm! Should really check that the files you're looking are .seq files and not .ab1 files... But thanks anyway!

I always use Chromas to open and check .ab1 files. Actually I just tried to open a .seq file in Chromas and it would not let me. I think .seq files are actually text files which you can open in notepad.
